COVID-19 Policy

Adornful Lash Boutique wants to ensure the health and safety of all our clients. If you feel unwell, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.

1) Masks are recommended during your service! Please bring your own mask. I will be wearing a mask during your service.

2) Hand sanitizer is to be used upon arrival.

3) Bring only yourself and essential items! No guests, please.
4) Please reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms such as a runny nose, sore throat, headache, fever, etc. If you arrive with symptoms, you will be turned away and charged the cancellation fee.

Clients are required to pay a non-refundable, $25 deposit to book an appointment (via EFT to catherinehuynh1997@gmail.com) that will be deducted from your final payment. Please send this deposit within 20mins of booking. 

A non-refundable $10 deposit is required for lash tint, brow tint, brow wax, or brow tint & wax services, if it is the ONLY service you are receiving. If these services are included with another service during your appointment, then the deposit required will be $25.

CASH only after service.

This deposit is required to avoid cancellations and no shows. Thank you for your understanding!

Once your deposit is received, your appointment is confirmed! 

No shows, cancellations, and late notification of rescheduling will result in forfeit of deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: 40% lashes remaining are required for 3 week fills, 40-50% for 2 week fills, and more than 50% remaining for 1 week mini fills.

If you must reschedule your visit, please notify us 24 hrs advance so that other clients can enjoy our services. You may not reschedule the same appointment more than twice.

No shows, cancellations, late notification of rescheduling and more than one request to reschedule is subject to a cancellation fee, which will be the deposit paid.

When you arrive late to your appointment, you shorten the amount of time available to beautify you and to the clients following you! This forces your service to be rushed and your service may be incomplete. 

We value your lash integrity and want to provide a high quality service, thus every minute scheduled is needed to create your dream lash look!

Please let me know if you are running late! If you arrive late to your appointment by 20mins or more, your appointment will be considered as a cancellation or no show. Your deposit and scheduled appointment will be forfeited.

We do not offer refunds on deposits and for services already rendered, but if you are not satisfied with your lashes and/or brows, we do offer a guarantee! Please read our guarantee policy above. Together we can work to achieve your desired lashes!

No refunds offered on any products sold.

Your lashes must be assessed first to determine if they are in suitable condition to be lashed. Please send me a picture of your current lashes. A full assessment will be done when you arrive to your appointment. If your lashes are not in suitable condition, a lash removal and new set will be recommended.
